Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to play World of Altronis.

Fair play and conduct

You must not harass or hate on other players, post sexual content, share anyone's personal information, spam, or cheat.

We may remove content, kick, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your handle must not impersonate another person, brand or the game itself.

Virtual items and coins

Virtual items and coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are licensed to you, not sold.

Coins are earned in the game only and can never be bought.

Limited editions are numbered. Supply is fixed per drop and is not reissued.

Plus

Plus costs S$4.99 as a one-off payment that adds 365 days to your account. It does not auto-renew. Buying another year while Plus is active extends it.

Special effects

Special effects are a one-off purchase, bound to your account, and non-transferable.

Refunds

Contact us and we will consider your request fairly, and as required by law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Sponsored drops

Sponsors of limited items do not see your personal data.

Service availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and we will note the date of the latest version above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
